Terms of Service

Atlasia grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal travel tracking purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app, nor remove any proprietary notices. Commercial redistribution of app content or curated lists is not permitted.

Users retain full ownership of their local data. Your visited countries, exploration logs, and statistics are stored on your device and remain yours. Atlasia claims no rights over them and has no access to them.

The app, its design, map assets, and curated exploration lists remain the property of Atlasia App and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Map borders, place data, and curated lists are provided for personal interest and may contain inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlasia App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of locally stored data resulting from device failure, app deletion, or operating system changes. You are responsible for your own device backups.

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app from your devices.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
